To report a potential bug, you will need to submit a support ticket with our team in which you will:
- Describe the issue you are experiencing - if you are seeing any error messages please include a copy of these in your message.
- Confirm that you have already tried the troubleshooting steps we recommend.
- Your device make and model,
- The OS version currently installed on your device, and
- The version of nobs you are currently using.
